Garlic Butter Shrimp

Ingredients:
1 lb (450 g) large shrimp, peeled & deveined
3 tbsp unsalted butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Salt & black pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
Add garlic and cook until fragrant (about 1 minute).
Add shrimp, season with salt & pepper, and cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink.
Squeeze lemon juice, sprinkle parsley, and serve warm with rice or pasta.
