Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef or pork (or mix)1/2 cup breadcrumbs1 egg1/4 cup milk1 small onion, finely chopped2 cloves garlic, mincedSalt & pepper to taste2 tbsp oil (for frying)
Gravy:
2 tbsp butter2 tbsp flour2 cups beef brothSalt and pepper to tasteOptional: Worcestershire sauce or onion powderInstructions:1. Mix and shape meatball ingredients into 1-inch balls.2. Brown meatballs in oil until fully cooked. Remove and set aside.3. In the same pan, melt butter, stir in flour to form a roux.4. Slowly add beef broth, whisking until smooth and thickened. Season.5. Add meatballs back to the pan and simmer 5–10 minutes.Mashed Potatoes

Instructions:
1. Boil potatoes in salted water until tender.2. Drain and mash with butter and milk. Season.Carrots & Peas
Instructions:
Steam or boil baby carrots until tender. Add a bit of butter and black pepper.Boil or steam green peas until tender. Season with salt or butter.
