🍋 Ginger & Lemon Tea Recipe

Ingredients:
1 medium piece of fresh ginger (about 5–7 slices)
2 cups water
1/2 lemon (freshly squeezed)
1–2 teaspoons honey (optional, for taste)
Instructions:
Wash the ginger thoroughly and cut it into thin slices.
In a pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
Add the ginger slices to the boiling water.
Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 5–10 minutes (the longer it simmers, the stronger the flavor).
Turn off the heat and strain the tea into a cup.
Add the juice of half a lemon.
Sweeten with honey if desired.
How to Drink:
Enjoy warm, once in the morning on an empty stomach, and/or in the evening before bed.
Can be taken daily for digestion support, bloating relief, and metabolism boost.
