Instructions:
1. Preheat Air Fryer:
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3–5 minutes.
2. Prep Ramekin:
- Lightly grease the inside of the ramekin (optional).
- Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of water to each ramekin.
- Crack one egg into each ramekin (carefully so the yolk stays intact).
3. Air Fry:
- Carefully place ramekins into the air fryer basket.
- Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 5 to 6 minutes for runny yolks.
- Add 1–2 more minutes for firmer yolks.
4. Remove & Serve:
- Use tongs or an oven mitt to remove ramekins (they’ll be hot).
- Gently lift the egg out with a spoon or slotted spoon.
- Dab with a paper towel to remove excess water, if desired.
🍽️ Tips:
- Silicone muffin cups also work well and are easy to clean.
- Use room temperature eggs for more even cooking.
- Add a splash of vinegar to the water for a more traditional poach feel (optional).
